If a label cropped wrong
This is the most useful thing you can report, and the easiest to fix. Please include:
- Which tool you used — Flipkart or Meesho.
- What went wrong: the label was cut off, the wrong part was kept, it printed rotated, or it came out too small.
- Whether you were on Thermal label printer or Normal A4 printer.
- A sample PDF, if you are willing to send one. Remove or black out the customer name, address and phone number first — a label from a test order, or one of your own orders, is ideal. A screenshot of the wrong output also helps.
Layouts change from time to time, and a real file that fails is what makes it possible to fix the detection rather than guess at it.
Another marketplace
Amazon, Shiprocket, Glowroad and similar sheets often work already, because the layout is the same idea — label on top, invoice below. Start with the Flipkart tool and, if the automatic crop misses, set the frame once in Advanced settings and choose “Use this frame everywhere”. If you would like a marketplace supported properly, say which one and send a sample.
What this tool will not do
It will not upload, store or forward your files, and there are no accounts. If you need bulk processing on a server or an integration with your own system, that is outside what this site does.
Response time
This is a free tool maintained by one person alongside other work, so replies are not immediate and there is no guaranteed response time. Bug reports with a sample file get looked at first.
