Flipkart Label Crop Tool for 4×6 Thermal Labels
Flipkart Seller Hub gives you shipment labels as an A4 PDF: the shipping label sits at the top of the sheet and the tax invoice underneath it, divided by a dashed cut line. A thermal printer wants only the label, on 4×6 inch stock. This tool finds that divider on every page, keeps the label above it, discards the invoice below, and rebuilds each label as its own 4×6 page.
The label is copied as vector content rather than flattened to an image, so the barcode and QR code print at whatever resolution your printer runs — nothing is resampled and nothing goes soft. Single-order PDFs and bulk PDFs with hundreds of pages are both handled, and the label area is measured separately on every page, so two-SKU labels and unusually long addresses need no settings at all. Several PDFs can be loaded together and come back as one file.
Everything happens inside your browser. The PDF is never uploaded, so customer names, addresses and phone numbers stay on your own computer.
How the Flipkart label crop works
Flipkart prints the shipping label and the tax invoice on one A4 sheet, split by a dashed line. A thermal printer needs only the label, at 4×6 inches. This tool finds that cut line on every page, keeps what sits above it, and rebuilds each label as its own 4×6 page.

The same “Shipment Labels” file you download from Seller Hub. Load several and they merge into one output.
It finds the label
The sheet has a band of blank rows around the dashed cut line, and that band marks the bottom of the label. Measured page by page.

Printing Flipkart labels at the right size
Thermal label printer
Set the paper size to 4×6 in (or 100×150 mm) in your printer driver, then set scaling in the print dialog to Actual size or 100%. TSC, Zebra, Rugtek and Xprinter models should stay at 203 dpi, portrait.
A Flipkart label is already portrait on the A4 sheet, so it goes onto a 4×6 sticker upright with no rotation and typically prints a little larger than it appeared on the A4 — around 118% — which makes the barcode easier for a handheld scanner to read.
Ordinary A4 printer
No thermal printer? Switch the toggle to Normal A4 printer and pick how many labels go on each sheet — 4 fits the most, 2 needs only one straight cut, 1 gives a true 4×6 label in the middle of the page. Keep paper size A4 and scale at 100%, then cut along the dashed lines and tape or paste the label onto the parcel.
Never use “Fit to page” in either mode — it shrinks the label and leaves a white border, which is the usual reason a cropped label still prints small. In Chrome, open More settings and switch Scale to Default. On A4, leave the sheet margin at 5 mm or more so nothing lands in your printer's unprintable edge.
Questions about the Flipkart label crop tool
Are my labels uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is read and rewritten by JavaScript inside this page, on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere, so customer data stays with you.
Does it work with bulk label PDFs?
Yes. Every page is processed and the label area is detected separately on each one. You can also load several PDFs together and get a single file back.
I don't have a thermal printer. Can I print on A4?
Yes — switch the toggle above the preview to “Normal A4 printer”. You get an A4 PDF with 1, 2 or 4 labels per sheet and dashed cut lines. At 4 per sheet each label prints at about 94% of 4×6, which every scanner still reads fine. Choose 1 per sheet if you need the label at exactly 4×6.
Will the barcode still scan?
Yes. The label is cropped and scaled as vector content rather than turned into an image, so the barcode and QR print at your printer's full resolution.
A label came out cropped wrong. What now?
Open Advanced settings, drag the blue frame over the correct area, then choose “Use this frame everywhere” if the whole batch needs the same fix.
Do I still get the tax invoice?
Choose Flipkart Label with Invoice and you get both: the label page, then the tax invoice on a landscape page after it. Choose Flipkart Label and the invoice is discarded, which is what most sellers want.
Does it work with Meesho labels?
Yes, but use the Meesho label crop tool instead — Meesho sheets are laid out differently and are read by a different rule.
