What happens to the PDFs you open
Nothing is uploaded. When you choose a label PDF, it is read and rewritten by JavaScript running inside your own browser, on your own device. The file is never sent to this site, to any server, or to any third party. It is held in your browser's memory only while the page is open, and is discarded the moment you close or refresh the tab.
This matters because shipping labels contain your customers' names, addresses and phone numbers. That information stays with you. We never see it, so we cannot store it, lose it or share it.
The cropped file you download is created in your browser too. Nothing about it is recorded here.
Advertising and cookies
This tool is free and is funded by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense, which is the only third party this site contacts.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
This site sets no cookies of its own, and adds no analytics, tracking pixel or social embed. Apart from the Google advertising script, every file the page loads — the stylesheet, the fonts, the JavaScript and the PDF engine — is served from this domain.
Advertising does not change how your files are handled. The tool still runs entirely in your browser and still never uploads your PDF.
Accounts
There are none. There is nothing to sign up for and no email address is collected to use the tool.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, their servers record ordinary request information — the page requested, the time, the browser's user agent and IP address — for delivery and security. That is standard hosting infrastructure, it is not something this site adds, and those logs never contain your PDF or anything from inside it. Vercel's own privacy notice covers how they handle it.
Children
This is a business tool for e-commerce sellers and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. There are no archived versions; the page always reflects what the site does today.
